Detailed below are the Terms & Conditions that apply when purchasing from Mystic Worlds "StoneAge" shops.
Mystic Worlds Ordering &Delivery Policy.
Unless a separate charge for postage and/or packing is stated, all shipping charges and packing costs within the UK are included in the price shown. If you would like recorded or special delivery please contact Mystic Worlds.
In the UK we use Royal Mail or Parcel Force, with delivery usually taking between 2 and 5 days in transit. But please allow 7 to 10 days for goods to arrive before contacting us with regards to missing parcels. Overseas deliveries can take between 4-21 days depending on where you are in the world. Please contact Mystic Worlds before you order for advice on delivery charges.
You will be sent an e-mail to confirm the dispatch of your goods. Our aim is to dispatch goods if possible the same day(usually within 24hrs) when ordered before 3pm. Orders made over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Orders are subject to availability of items, however should there be a delay or any problems with the fulfilling of your order Mystic Worlds will contact and advise you of said problem and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund should you wish to.
Although ordering and payment is normally completed on line you may wish to pay by cheque, if so please e-mail a list of the items you require to shop@mystic-worlds.co.uk we will then confirm your order with you, and advise you of the payment required to complete your order. Goods will be sent once the cheque has been received and cleared. Please note this will cause delay in receiving your goods however.
Mystic Worlds Returns Policy.
Returning an item that you not satisfied with for a refund/exchange.
If you wish to return an item(s)* for any reason you can do so. But you must first contact Mystic Worlds by phone (07758 485217) or e-mail ( shop@mystic-worlds.co.uk ) to obtain an authorisation number. Any goods returned to us without our prior consent/knowledge will be returned to you at your cost. Please ensure that you return the item within 7 days of receiving your order (EU law, cooling off period). Items must be returned in a new or unused condition, which includes any packaging if applicable. You will receive a refund for the cost of the items, but your shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware that returns are subject to a £1 charge. This covers the charge we incur by the bank/paypal for every cheque/electronic refund we apply.
*This excludes earrings for pierced ears & body jewellery.
Returning an item that is faulty/damaged.
All items are checked prior to dispatch, but in the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. Please contact Mystic Worlds by phone or e-mail first to obtain an authorisation number. You will be refunded the cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend that items be sent back using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (within the UK). No extra charges for the use of other types of courier services and/or guaranteed next day services will be paid for by us. Overseas, items should be sent back using your own country's main national postal service. For your added security we recommend that you use an insured delivery method. Please note we will not accept extra charges if you decide to use DHL, TNT, or other similar courier services. Please note any returned products found not to be faulty when returned to us will be re-sent to you at your cost. Our returns policy applies.
Exchanging an item that you have received for something else.
If you would like to exchange an item(s) for different products from our shop, you can do so within 7 days of receipt of said item(s). All returned item(s)* must be in a new and unused condition (including packaging). Please contact Mystic worlds via phone (07758 485217) or e-mail ( shop@mystic-worlds.co.uk ) to discuss the item(s) you would like to return/have as replacements. We can also advise you of any debits/credits on the transaction. Note, you will be charged the cost of getting your replacement item(s) to you. Please note that our return policy also applies.

What happens if your parcel goes missing?
Using the postal service some parcels may take a while to reach their destination. Mystic Worlds policy for chasing parcels is as follows:-
Mystic Worlds will allow sufficient time for the parcel to be delivered, as recommended by the carrier.
Within the UK Mystic Worlds will contact the carrier used who will perform a search for your missing parcel. Please check at your local sorting office and if possible ask your postal delivery person to see if there has been any sign of your parcel. If your parcel is proved to be missing or lost we will make a claim with the courier concerned and replace all the goods free of charge for you.
Overseas Deliveries Mystic Worlds will contact the UK Carrier used and ask for confirmation that your parcel has left the UK. Please check at your local parcel office and also your local Customs point to make sure that your parcel is not awaiting delivery/release. If , after all enquiries fail to trace any sign of your parcel Mystic Worlds will replace your goods free of charge.
